Typical use in lubricants for high rpm equipment, e. g. spools, bobbins, reels;
precision-mechanics, guns, instruments; recision-cutting: wire drawing; broaching, routing, etc.
These pre-mixed XPA oils are blended from refined hydrocarbon oils, in five grades of viscosity and six different qualities.
These lubricants also have a component-retardant that is corrosion- and oxidation-resistant plus XPA as an anti-friction metal-conditioner resulting in a specific special-purpose lubricant-mix.
All six grades of oil offer the best all-round protection.
XPA provides life-time wear-protection as a ‘surfactant’ for ferrous metals (iron alloys) as an excellent base for a lubricant film with longevity, not subject to shear (because of intermittent ‘hot-spots’) at a lower, cooler temperature of operation; and with continuous retention of manufacturer’s original engineering tolerances in metal-design. No wear, virtually, especially from a tribological standpoint in the case of high-grade steel alloys.
These are sound ‘environmental aids’.
SIG is the lubricant for extreme conditions.
Applications:
SIG-5 XPA: In construction and manufacture, where moving parts, components, screws and threaded orifices need to be pre-treated before machining (cold or warm).
SIG-10 XPA:In textile-, wood- and tool-industry to lubricate spools, axles, spindles etc.
All types of bearings (ball, tapered etc.), scientific instruments (precision), weaponry (fire-arms, guns etc.), barrels, safety-locks and the like.
Also for automatic machinery, CNC-, pneumatic- and program-controlled equipment.
SIG-15 XPA: This is a light-grade oil for light mechanical tools, instruments, guns, textile-machinery. Also used as a cutting- or a ‘slivering’ oil; as also, to clean and protect machinery generally. Or also as a household and hobby lubricant.
SIG-22 H XPA: A special light oil for drawing aluminium wire. Also for slivering and as a slave-oil (bath) for automatic machines making nuts, spikes etc. from wire. Excellent to lubricate instruments, guns, hand-tools etc.
SIG-22 Ü XPA: A special oil for drawing, cutting, drilling, tapping threads, extruding and professional cutting and shaping.
SIG-32 XPA:Typical machine-instrument (power-unit, hydraulic) circulation-oil. Used widely as a cutting-oil for tool-making, automatic machinery in many and various industries for hand-tools, manual equipment and pump / circulation systems.

The Gun Oil has been tested by the Hungarian Military, which has shown to produce of an average of 20 % gain in efficiency, distance and accuracy (figures on: speed at end of barrel, percentage increase, real travel distance in access of previous performance, wear in the barrel, rate of misfires … 100/1000 rounds, state of cleanness in barrel, reliability, etc..)

Universal Tool and Circulatory Oils
UTC are typical oils used in pump-driven lubricant circulation-systems, as used in the production, manufacturing and tool-making industries, as a general mechanical or technical-aid. They are generally blended from refined hydrocarbon oils of various viscosity grades and seven different specific qualities, each containing retardants against corrosion and oxidation plus XPA metal-conditioner as a friction-reducer and cooling agent.
Properties common to the XPA range of oils are to be found here again, regarding a high-grade, high-performance lubricant yielding nearer-zero friction.
Applications:
UTC-32 XPA: This oil is recommended for use on the side (subsidiary) and main-power unit of tooling machinery.
As a principal hydraulic fluid operating cog, spool, turbine, radial and axial-pistons as part of a drive-transmission.
So also for production-line manufacture, where the requirement is for ISO VG-32 viscosity, and DIN 501, DIN 51517 / 1, 2, 3 and DIN 515241/2 quality-grade oil is recommended.
UTC-46 XPA:Typical industrial oil (DIN 51517/1,2,3).
As a tool-lubricant oil-bath this is the lubricant of vertical- and horizontal-moving tool-components. Also, in use for light and heavy loading in automatic machinery.
UTC-100 XPA:A typical power-transmission fluid oil specifically for chain- and wire-lubrication in all environments. This fulfils the specifications of DIN 51506 (VDL, VBL, VCL), and as per ISO 6743 /3, concurs with the group-DAJ, which can be used for compressor-lubrication, carrying gases, air, nitrogen, hydrogen and the family of hydro-carbon gases up to a temperature of 220° C.. Also recommended for compressed-air, tools, where standards required must conform to ISO VG 100 viscosity oil.
UTC-150 XPA: Industrial-tank bath-oil for circulation and power-transmission.
For use as in UTC-100 XPA also to 220° C. In addition, also for stamping metal fine and coarse work, circular shapes, rods etc.; wire, steel mild and fine drawing and middle-gauge aluminium wire.
UTC-220-680 XPA:Industrial tank-baths for heavy-duty power-units, as also compressors operating to 220° temperature. A typical lubricant for machinery with vertical/horizontal-shaft operation. Heavy stamp-cutting, with cold liquid coolant.

High-Pressure, High-Temperature Grease NGI-1
This is a high-pressure temperature calcium complex grease produced from a base of mixed oils, containing retardants (anti-oxidation and –corrosion) plus XPA, the anti friction, metal conditioner, surface modifier and abrasion blocker. The XPA treatment of metal requires parameters of time, pressure and temperature.
Metal machinery (iron/steel components) having moving parts where metal to metal contact result in abrasion, causing friction, producing heat and reaching higher temperatures. Lubrication with oil provides a solution, enabling the metals to slide without overheating. Miniscule metal particles, incomplete engine-fuel combustion add impurities to the oil, which breaks down causing the lubricant-film to shear, at excessive ‘hot-spots’ over-heating, break-down, and damage is irreparable!
XPA after Time, Pressure and Heat ‘treatment’ produces a modified surface of metal, that allows cooler running, so that the lubricant film can work more effectively: longer, safer, smoother with no danger of film-breakdown of the lubricant (grease, gel or oil) takes place. Moving parts suffer virtually no abrading of surfaces, enduring extreme pressures and temperatures. It also shows very good mechanical stability.
Range of Uses: Between -20C and 300 ° C, it can be used in heavy-duty industrial bearings, enduring high pressures and temperatures, especially for uses where very good mechanical stability is essential, e. g. greasing of bearings, of mixed metal-alloys and materials, driers, ventilators, industrial glass-machines, cement-manufacture, stone-drilling, polishing machines, etc.
LITOX
Universal ‘Long-Life’ Grease NLGI 2
This is a lithium-complex grease produced from a 100 % completely-synthetic oil-base, which contains a retardant (anti-corrosive, –oxidative) and the XPA as anti-friction metal-conditioner / surface-modifier / abrasion-blocker. This grease is an excellent reducer of ‘wear and tear’ in industrial use, raising the longevity and long-life of parts, beneficial to the bottom-line, cost of reduction of replacements.
It can be used at high temperatures, in the wet as well as in steam together. Highly suitable for re-filling and re-greasing maintainance.
Uses: An ideal grease for transport equipment,in agriculture and heavy industry. Good for all types of bearings, spools, discs, cogs, axles, shafts etc. between -40 ° and 240°C.
MOLYX
High-Pressure Grease with Molibdenum NLGI 2
High-pressure, high-temperature grease, which contains molybdenum-di-sulphide and XPA, the metal surface modifier, friction/abrasion reducer. Resists corrosion and oxidation well. It has no dropping-point, and can be used until the coking-point of base oil (+ 350 °C) is reached, which is a result of surface-modification by XPA; in effect, a hardening to a depth of 3-6 microns, allowing the lubricant oil to shew additional shear-strength of its surface-film on the metal face.
MOLYX-2 XPA contains a very high viscosity base-oil but no organic anti-freeze fluid.
Uses: Operating between -10 and 300°C as a grease for any type of bearings at low rpm. Especially, on low rpm power-units where pressure and temperatures are high.Very effective in industries like metal-fabrication, quarries, cement and ceramic. And also for heavy transport road, mining, vehicles on axles and shafts.
XPA SPRAY
XPA special drilling, cutting, broaching spray
The XPA Spray is an extraordinary lubricant , which is developed to the hardest cutting, drilling, engraving, broaching milling tasks. It can be used very well to work with special materials (refractory, acid-resistant, sticky aluminum). By the effect of the friction reducer the lifetime of the tool’s edge increases, the speed of the cutting could be increased, the pulse, and energy admission decrease.
It is especially applicable as an aid material in the case of workshop works. It stops the creaks, lubricates the moving parts, and solvents the rust. It has an extraordinary screw ripper property, prevents the water, the attack. It is ideal for workshops and gadgeteers.
