XPA - A TOTALLY NEW AND DIFFERENT SOLUTION

xpaXPA Metal Conditioner is synthetic, non-particulate, non-flammable and non-toxic. It is designed to be used with lubricants and is only activated by ferrous-based metals. It modifies the surface molecules of ferrous based metals, three to five microns deep. It does not fill in the irregular surfaces or coat them. Lubrication by creating smoother, harder surfaces.XPA has no fillings to shift and clog up your oil ways. XPA has no coatings to detach and harden. It will not abrade your parts’ smooth surfaces or break down and react with lubricants.

Additives usage – XPA makes unnecessary the use of engine oil additives and other treatments. If the engine has previously been treated with other products, XPA will penetrate these products and cause them to be eventually flushed away with oil changes.

XPA ANTI FRICTION METAL CONDITIONER – BASIC INFORMATION

XPA is an anti-friction metal conditioner, lowering the coefficient of friction dramatically. It is not a lubricant. It is carried by motor oil, transmission oil, hydraulic fluid, air conditioning oils and greases and most cutting oils to the friction points.

XPA:

  • does NOT contain PTFE, MOLY, GRAPHITE, CERAMICS or other such lubricant fortifiers;
  • reduces heat and extends parts life which will reduce downtime;
  • was designed to be carried by the existing lubricant. (Motor oil, transmission fluid, gear lube, hydraulic fluid, grease, etc.);
  • increases load bearing capacity when blended into heavy duty lubricants and greases;
  • only works under Time – Heat – Pressure. (T – H – P), usually requiring a minimum of 38 °C to begin activation;
  • pours at temperatures as low as -20 °C and withstands extreme operational temperatures;
  • is NOT a surface coating. XPA actually modifies the surface of ferrous metal, 3 to 5 microns deep
  • is ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY – NON TOXIC – NON FLAMMABLE
